We then conditioned it on toasted hazelnuts and french cacao nibs. For this variant we were aiming for a slightly sweet and extremely decadent rocky road treat and boy oh boy have we got it. Big raspberry aromas punch out of the glass, with marshmallow and caramel following quickly
